I bought these in 2010 and used them for one 10 month stretch. They include all original hardware and straps and with ratchet cord for front tether. I will have to disassemble for shipping but will bag hardware like original packaging.
They need to mount on a crossbar with center channel. I have 2 pair of these but am selling one at a time.
