Comes with mounting hardware (see the pictures) and the bow/stern buckles. Missing the pair of cinching straps/buckle ("J" and "I" in the instructions, and missing one of the attachment webbings too (the black strap - "M" in the parts list). Some light fading of the black plastic, but nothing serious.
Note: i have a second one of these, and can combine shipping if you're interested. the second unit is similar - no cinching straps/buckle (J/I) and no attachment webbings (M)
